We will take all reasonable care to ensure that product details, prices and descriptions are correct at the time they are entered onto this website. If a replacement for an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied is required before that item can be returned to us it will be treated as a separate sale which will require separate payment. Shipment

Payment
All prices shown on this website include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering. The total cost of your order is the price of the product(s) ordered and the delivery.

You confirm that the credit or debit card that is used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Returns
Replacements for damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied items cannot be issued until the damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied item is returned to us. Should a replacement be required before such return it must be treated as a separate sale. A refund for the damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied item can only be made once that item has been returned to UNIQUE AUTOSPORT LTD.

Purchases may be returned (at buyer's cost) within 14 days (to reach us within 14 days from the invoice date) for refund. This does not apply to special order items.

Returns goods must reach us complete with their original packaging.

Carriage charges cannot be refunded for goods that have been supplied in good order.

Returned goods that have been supplied in good order will be subject to a handling fee of 10%.
